Foundation Session

In this 60-90 minute session we will dig deep into your health history and goals and review any recommendations your doctor has made and how to overcome barriers to implementing change. This session is a good option for people who already have specific goals in mind or are motivated to make changes. This is also a required first step in beginning health coaching.

$100.00

3 Session Package at $80 per session

The three-session package includes the Foundation Session and 2 additional 60-minute sessions. This program will get you on your way to wellness. Whether you have health goals in mind and know where you want to start or if you’re feeling overwhelmed and lost, we will work together to create a plan specific to your needs and life. I will hold you accountable to your goals, offer strategies and guidance throughout the process.

5 Session Package at $65 per session
